BCMS Welcomes Senior Vice President of BCMS Corporate North America

Richard Zytkowicz BCMS Headquarters, New York

Richard Zytkowicz has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President of BCMS Corporate North America in our New York office and has extensive experience working with middle market companies on issues of private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructurings and business valuations. During the course of his 23-year career, he has managed transactions in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, transportation, gaming, manufacturing, media, consumer products, healthcare, distribution, aerospace, hospitality and financial services.

Prior to joining BCMS Corporate Richard was an officer at the DAK Group, KPMG, Houlihan Lokey, Deloitte’s Corporate Finance and Arthur Andersen's Economic Financial Consulting Practice.

Richard holds series 7 and 24 licenses and is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Insolvency Accountant. He graduated from Wilkes College with a Bachelor in Accounting with honors in May 1988. In his spare time he spends time with his two children, Paige and Hunter.
