Albert “Albie” Landwehr, BCMS Deal Leader - Fort Worth

With over twenty-five years experience, Albert has led or managed more than 150 domestic and international buy and sell side M&A transactions. Focusing primarily on small to medium size transactions, his comprehensive experience encompasses deals ranging in value from $1million to over $1 billion. His experience was acquired through roles as a Managing Director of a boutique investment banking advisory firm, Manager of Corporate Development for a Fortune 500 company, and as a consultant. In addition to M&A advisory services, Albert has provided both public and private companies across a myriad of industries with CFO/financial management, turnaround, and debt and equity capital raising services.

He earned his MBA in Finance from Indiana University and was a double major as an undergraduate earning a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Wake Forest University.

Jonathan Schuster, BCMS Deal Leader - Los Angeles

Jonathan Schuster obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver; while completing his MBA from the University of California’s Marshall School of Business. Prior to joining BCMS, Jonathan was Co-founder, COO of Premium Financial Services; an accounts receivable factoring firm. He has also held Analyst roles with Accenture and Stratex Freedom Services where he successfully helped businesses raise start up capital. He, his wife Marie Elena and 11 month old son Ryan reside in Santa Monica, CA.
