This is a great starting point in a rapidly expanding company. BCMS Corporate is a fast growing M&A Advisory firm focused on working with lower middle market private companies and entrepreneurs.

BCMS Corporate is an M&A Advisory firm. We sell our client’s companies by getting as many potential purchasers interested in the company as possible. We are looking for an energetic and professional Client Service Representative to call the potential purchasers and convince them to read through more information on the company, and to eventually hold a meeting with our client
.

The Client Service Representative position is part of a team that includes negotiators, researchers and project managers. After our Research Department identifies the potential acquirers, the Client Service Representative is responsible for contacting 100's people for each company we sell. Once you generate interest and send additional information to the potential purchasers, the Project Managers will bring the purchasers in for meetings with our clients.

The candidate will speak to CEOs, Acquisition Executives, etc. The objective is to get the potential purchaser interested in acquiring our client’s company.  Business sense and presentation are essential. The candidate must exhibit integrity, sophistication, energy, structure and efficiency and potential for growth within the organization. There is a large degree of selling and persistence involved.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree (preferably in business or related field – or be able to demonstrate business sense)
  • Professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Intelligent with ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills (email, phone and written correspondence)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with our deal team to understand the characteristics of and opportunity behind a company being sold so you can articulate the opportunity to others.
  • Contact senior management at numerous potential companies by phone and then mail.
  • Work as part of deal team to make sure that schedules are adhered to and that information is well organized and presentable.
  • Handle responses from potential buyers including receipt of Non Disclosure Agreements and other critical information.
  • Some general administration functions.
  • Provide company background during phone calls.
  • Pitch in to do everything possible to make sure team succeeds.
