History

BCMS Corporate was founded in 1989 in Kingsclere, England. Inspiration struck Brian, David and Stephen Rebbettes when, two years earlier, they sold their first family business. They were originally disheartened by the lack of progress made by their advisors, so they independently set off to gather other offers for the company. After creating a market of competing bidders and selling for a substantially increased value, they knew they had discovered a better way to sell middle market companies.

In the more than 20 years since then BCMS Corporate has expanded around the globe with offices across Europe, China, the United States and Canada. Today, BCMS Corporate is a global leader in the sales of middle market companies.

In 2006 we were awarded the Coutts Bank Award for “Best Run Family Business” in honor of our embodiment of our family values, differentiation from competition and overall success.
