BCMS Corporate was founded more than 20 years ago by the UK based Rebbettes family. David, Steve, and Brian Rebbettes comprise the Executive Board of the company along with Bob Goldsmith in North America. Starting out as a company well known for establishing joint ventures and trading partnerships for international blue chip clients, BCMS Corporate evolved into the leading seller of privately owned companies it is today.
The success of BCMS Corporate is based on a pioneering and uniquely proactive approach to the selling process which has proven that traditional methods of valuing and selling companies rarely, if ever, lead to a maximized sale price.
The success of the company means that:
- BCMS Corporate hold up to 200 meetings between clients and potential buyers every month
- Last year alone negotiations were undertaken with more than 50,000 potential acquirers
- Approximately $1.5 billion of offers were generated
- More than 30 companies are at ‘Heads of terms’ at any given time
BCMS Corporate employs over 120 people throughout North America, Europe and Scandinavia.
